Deb Haller: Executive Producer/Director of Creative Development

Ms. Haller brings an extensive producing background in network and cable television and the web to the Quarked! project. With nearly 20 years experience, Ms Haller's award winning television and film work include three Winter Olympics for CBS, The Sally Jessy Raphael Show, Donahue, Geraldo, CBS network promotion, CBS This Morning, the Discovery Channel's Super Shark Weekend promotion campaign, numerous show pilots for kids and adults, and the documentary film Silent Angels hosted by Julia Roberts for the Discovery Health Channel. An accomplished web producer and project manager, Ms. Haller has created educational and entertaining online content for Compaq Computers, Paul Allen's Experience Music Project, Seattle's ACT Theatre, WGBH-TV/Vulcan Production's Evolution and Blues Inc/Vulcan Productions' The Blues, also for PBS. Ms. Haller spent much of 2003 developing Artopia, a television series and companion web site about art for kids ages 5-8 for PBS with Thirteen/ WNET-New York (to whom Three Chicks Productions sold the project in 2004) She is currently in development on Mind Your Own Business, a television and web project about money for kids ages 8-10, with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, as well as other projects for both kids and adults. Ms. Haller also serves as a media consultant for the Kauffman Foundation.
Professor Andrea Herstowski: Web Design Leader. Ms. Herstowski has practiced design in various capacities at internationally recognized studios in San Francisco and Germany, including Factor Design Inc. and xplicit GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany.
